HUITAI VO-16092 (3.2CF) Vacuum oven is widely used in biochemistry, chemical and pharmaceutical, medical and health, agricultural research, environment protection and other fields. It is suitable for powder drying, baking and disinfection and sterilization of various Glass containers. This product is especially suitable for drying heat-sensitive, easy analysis, easy oxidation substances and complex components.

1. Shelf heating design (16092/16213), the heating element is located at the bottom of the Shelf, which can dissipate heat uniformly in a vacuum environment.

6. Equipped with a KF25 air extraction port and an inert gas inlet valve with a diameter of 10mm, it can be filled with nitrogen or Miscellaneous inert gas to create an inert experimental environment.

Principle
The Vacuum oven generates heat in the vacuum chamber via a built-in heating element (located at the bottom of the Shelf). In a vacuum or inert gas environment, the heat acts evenly on the sample to enable drying, baking or sterilizing of the item. The PID temperature controller precisely regulates the temperature to ensure a stable process.

The technical parameters were tested under the conditions of Ambient Temperature 20 ℃, 50% RH, no load, no strong magnetic field and no vibration.
Steps
1. Put the items to be processed in the drying oven.
2. Close the door and make sure the sealing is good.
3. Connect the Vacuumpump through the KF25 air extraction port and extract the air to the required Vacuum Level (≤ 133Pa).
4. If an inert environment is required, nitrogen or Miscellaneous inert gas can be filled through the inert gas intake valve.
5. Set the required temperature (RT~ 150 ° C) and timing time (1~ 9999min) on the PID temperature controller.
6. Start the heating and start the drying, baking or sterilizing process.
7. Sample status can be observed through double-decked Glass door and built-in LED strip.
8. After the process is completed, turn off the heating, release the vacuum or inert gas as needed, and remove the items.
Notice
• Before use, make sure that the equipment is well grounded and check the leakage switch function.
Do not use in a strong magnetic or vibration environment, so as not to affect the performance.
• When loading samples, the load-bearing capacity of a single shelf does not exceed 15kg.
• During operation, do not frequently open and close the box door, so as not to affect the Vacuum Level and temperature stability.
The equipment is equipped with an overheating alarm system. If the alarm is triggered, please check it in time.
• When moving the device, use the casters to move smoothly.
• When cleaning, please use a soft cloth to wipe and avoid using corrosive cleaners.
