HUITAI VO-16213 (7.5CF) Vacuum oven is a 210L drying equipment, widely used in biochemistry, chemical and pharmaceutical, medical and health, agricultural research, environment protection and other fields. It is suitable for powder drying, baking and disinfection and sterilization of various Glass containers, especially suitable for fast and efficient drying of heat sensitive, easy analysis, easy oxidation substances and complex components.
Features
Five-side heating (16020/16050 models) or Shelf heating (16092/16213 models), the heating elements are evenly distributed to achieve uniform heat dissipation in a vacuum environment.

Principle
The Vacuum oven generates heat in a closed chamber through a built-in heating element (five-side heating or Shelf heating according to the model). At the same time, the air in the box is pumped out through the Vacuumpump system to reduce the air pressure, thereby reducing the boiling point of the water, so that the moisture in the material is quickly evaporated and discharged at a lower temperature, achieving efficient drying. The PID temperature controller precisely regulates the heating process to ensure stable temperature.

Steps
1. Put the items to be processed in the drying oven.
2. Close the door and make sure the sealing is good.
3. If necessary, fill the tank with inert gas such as nitrogen through the inert gas intake valve.
4. Connect the Vacuumpump through the air extraction port and start the Vacuumpump to vacuum.
5. Set the required drying temperature and time through the PID temperature controller.
6. Start the heating and drying procedure.
7. During the drying process, the sample state can be observed through the observation window and LED light.
8. After the procedure is completed, after the temperature in the box has dropped to a safe range, slowly release the vacuum, and then open the box door to remove the items.
Notice
• Technical parameter test conditions are Ambient Temperature 20 ℃, 50% relative humidity, no load, no strong magnetic, no vibration.
• Before operation, make sure the Power frequency is AC110V 60HZ and use the matching American standard plug.
Please note that the maximum power of the device is 1750W.
• The maximum load of each shelf is 15kg, do not overload.
• Release the vacuum slowly to avoid damage to the sample due to sudden pressure changes.
• When the equipment is running, do not open and close the box door frequently, so as not to affect the Vacuum Level and temperature stability.
• Check the effectiveness of the sealing strip and vacuum system regularly.
• When cleaning, use a suitable detergent to avoid damage to the stainless steel liner and shell coating.
