Principle
The system adopts microcomputer closed-loop control, through precise control of loading speed and force measurement, the load and displacement of the sample are measured and controlled with High Accuracy and High Sensitivity, so as to complete the tensile, compression, bending and other mechanical properties testing.

Steps
1. Select the appropriate accessory according to the sample and install it.
2. Clamp the sample on the auxiliary device to ensure reliable and non-slip clamping.
3. Set test parameters in the microcomputer control system, such as test speed, stop conditions (force or elongation setting), and point extraction methods.
4. Start the test, and the device is loaded according to the set program.
5. During the test, data can be manually selected or automatically recorded by the system at a preset point.
6. Automatic shutdown after the test reaches the set conditions (such as upper and lower safety settings or program settings), or manual shutdown through the emergency stop button.
7. Analyze the test data.
Notice
Before use, make sure that the equipment is well grounded and check whether all components are in good condition.
Select the accessory that matches the specimen and ensure that the clamping is firm to prevent slippage.
When setting the test parameters, it should be within the allowable range of the equipment (e.g. speed range of 50 to 300mm/min).
During the test, pay attention to the operation status of the equipment to avoid exceeding the effective stroke (500mm) and the effective test space (left and right 380mm).
In case of emergency, the emergency stop button can be used to stop the machine.
* Regularly maintain and calibrate the equipment to ensure accuracy indicators such as Precision （ +/- 0.5%).
* When moving or installing, please pay attention to the weight (about 450kg) and size (850 × 600 × 1800mm) of the machine to ensure safety.
