Overview
RONGJIDA FPL-4343 anti-cracking fatigue tester is a professional test instrument suitable for the determination of the cracking ability of concrete surface coatings. The instrument is designed and produced according to the standard HG/T4343 "Waterborne colorful architectural coatings" "composite coating covering cracking ability". By simulating the actual concrete cracking and cracking, the ability of surface coatings to resist film damage caused by concrete cracking is determined.
Features
1. Adopt Touchscreen control, with a friendly man-machine interface.
2. Travel limit protection is installed inside the instrument.
3. It has the characteristics of adjustable test speed, adjustable moving distance, and adjustable test times.
Principle
By simulating the actual cracking of concrete, the instrument conducts repeated tensile or compressive fatigue tests on the coatings coated on the surface of concrete test plates to determine the ability of the coatings to resist self-damage caused by cracking of concrete substrates.
Applications
Determination of cracking ability of concrete surface coatings
Standards
HG/T4343 Water-based colorful architectural coatings
Steps
Prepare a test plate (120 * 80 * 10mm) that meets the size requirements.
2. Install the test plate correctly on the instrument.
3. Set parameters such as test speed, moving distance and number of tests through Touchscreen.
4. Start the instrument and start the cracking fatigue test.
5. After the test is completed, observe and record the coating damage.
Notice
• Please ensure that the power supply is 220V and the power matches 150W.
• Please read the manual carefully before operation and install the test board correctly.
• Do not touch moving parts while the instrument is running.
• Pay attention to the Travel limit protection function of the instrument to avoid over-Travel operation.
• Regular maintenance and inspection of the instrument to ensure its accuracy and stability.
