HuiNuo TM3200/11D Automatic Film Applicator is a multi-functional Spreader equipment, using bar + Drawdown blade double coating method, the coating speed can be stepless speed regulation in the range of 1~ 300mm/s. The device fixes the substrate on the Spreader stage through Vacuum chuck and fixture, and uses bar or Drawdown blade for Spreader operation. Bar Spreader controls the Coating thickness through different rod numbers, and Blade Coating controls the thickness by adjusting the distance between the Drawdown blade and the substrate. During the Spreader process, uniform movement is achieved through a precision Control system to ensure coating uniformity.
