Principle
The Contact Angle Meter is mainly composed of Illuminant, injection unit, sample stage, acquisition system and analysis software. The equipment adopts the principle of Optical inspection imagery. Through the image acquisition and analysis system, the accurate measurement of the performance of the sample surface contact angle is realized.

Steps
1. Prepare the sample and place it on the sample table
2. Adjust the three-dimensional position of the sample stage to ensure accurate sample positioning
3. Control the droplets by manual knob injection unit with accuracy up to 0.1 μL
4. Adjust Illuminant and Acquisition System for Clear Droplet Image
5. Use analysis software for one-click fully automated fitting analysis
6. Record and analyze measurement results
