Overview
TG slot die coater (model TG-TB200S) is a device for surface coating of sheet substrates. It adopts slot-die die coating process, which is mainly used in laboratory research and development and can work in glove boxes. This equipment is mainly used for surface coating of sheet substrates in the fields of various types of glues, lithium battery substrates, OLEDs, solar photovoltaic films and polymer conductive films.

Principle
After the coating enters the coating die, it flows out at the discharge port through pressure distribution and is applied to the surface of the substrate to form the target coating. The shape and size of the coating are controlled by adjusting the shape and size of the gasket. Coating thickness is affected by the feeding speed and the coating speed. Coating accuracy is affected by various factors such as die accuracy, die adjustment accuracy, coating plate flatness, traverse speed accuracy, feeding accuracy and coating characteristics.
