Overview
The NBC-12TV2 (120 ℃) heated spin Coater is an advanced equipment specially designed for High Accuracy gluing process. It adopts direct temperature control technology of sheet holder, and the heat exchange speed is as fast as 1-3 seconds. With custom suction cups, it can be adapted to items from No. 5 to No. 100 to ensure a stable and efficient gluing process. Its Speed range is 100-3000rpm, Acceleration is 100-3000 rpm, and it has 5-stage speed adjustment and 12 sets of parameter memory functions, which can meet diverse process needs.

Principle
The equipment is directly heated by temperature control through the sheet holder, and the silicon wafer and other items carry out rapid heat exchange with the sheet holder, and the heat exchange speed is about 1-3 seconds. The heating temperature is precisely controlled by the thermostat, and the items are fixed by the suction cup to complete the homogenization process under the set Rotation speed and Acceleration.

Steps
1. The heating component of the rear backpack of the spin Coater, the power switch -- press it to observe the power-on and display of the instrument
2. Timer is not running, RST button -- click to watch Timer -- start countdown
3. For example, set the temperature of the thermostat of the component to 100 degrees Celsius, observe the display value of the thermostat, observe the flashing of the blue heating indicator light, and stabilize for about 1-3 minutes (plus or minus 1 degrees Celsius), combined with the contact thermometer to detect the surface temperature of the sheet holder (pay attention to the contact temperature measurement error)
4. For example, for items such as silicon wafers with a diameter of 20mm and a thickness of 1mm, put them in the tray and exchange heat for about 1-3 seconds
5. Combine your own contact temperature measurement or Far infrared thermometer to get the actual temperature of the object. If it does not meet the expected temperature, you can modify the set temperature through the thermostat to correct the temperature of silicon wafers and other items
