Principle
The spin Coater is heated by direct temperature control of the sheet holder, and the heat exchange speed is fast. The temperature can be equilibrated about 1-3 seconds after the item comes into contact with the sheet holder. The device precisely sets and maintains the temperature through the thermostat, and combines the suction cup to fix the item to achieve uniform gluing during the swirl/spin process. Rotation speed and Acceleration can be adjusted to ensure a stable and efficient gluing process.
Applications
Semiconductor, Microelectronics, Optical inspection film
Steps
1. Press the power switch of the backpack heating component at the back of the spin Coater to observe the power-on and display of the instrument
2. Press the RST button and watch the Timer start counting down
3. Set the thermostat temperature (e.g. 100 degrees Celsius), observe the thermostat display value and the blue heating indicator flashing, and stabilize for about 1-3 minutes
4. Put the item (such as a silicon wafer with a diameter of 20mm and a thickness of 1mm) on the wafer holder and exchange heat for about 1-3 seconds
5. Use contact temperature measurement or Far infrared thermometer to detect the actual temperature of the item. If it does not meet expectations, modify the set temperature through the thermostat to correct it
Notice
• Observe the power-on and display status of the instrument
• Pay attention to the operation of Timer Countdown
• Observe the thermostat display value and the blue heating indicator flashing
It takes about 1-3 minutes for the temperature to stabilize, allowing for fluctuations of plus or minus 1 degree Celsius
• Be aware of the measurement error of the contact thermometer
The heat exchange process takes about 1-3 seconds
• If the temperature does not meet expectations, the set temperature needs to be modified through the thermostat
