Overview
The NBC-12TV2 (180 ° C) heated spin Coater is an advanced equipment specially designed for High Accuracy gluing process. It adopts direct temperature control technology of sheet holder, and the heat exchange speed is as fast as 1-3 seconds. With custom suction cups, it can be adapted to items from No. 5 to No. 100 to ensure a stable and efficient gluing process. Its Speed range is 100-3000rpm, Acceleration is 100-3000 rpm, and it has 5-stage speed adjustment and 12 sets of parameter memory functions, which can meet diverse process needs.

Principle
The equipment adopts the direct temperature control technology of the sheet holder, and the rapid heating is achieved by heating the sheet holder and suction cup. After the silicon wafer and other items are placed on the sheet holder, the heat exchange process only takes 1-3 seconds to reach the process temperature. The heating temperature and time are precisely controlled by the thermostat, combined with the multi-stage speed adjustment function, to achieve uniform gluing.

Steps
1. Press the power switch of the backpack heating component at the back of the spin Coater to observe the power-on and display of the instrument
2. Press the RST button to start Timer Countdown
3. Set the temperature of the thermostat, observe the display value of the thermostat and the flashing of the blue heating indicator, and the temperature will stabilize for about 1-3 minutes
4. Place items such as silicon wafers on the sheet holder and exchange heat for about 1-3 seconds
5. Use contact temperature measurement or Far infrared thermometer to detect the actual temperature of the object. If it does not meet expectations, you can modify the set temperature through the thermostat

Stabilization time is about 1-3 minutes, allowing plus or minus 1 degree Celsius fluctuation
• If the temperature does not meet expectations, the set temperature needs to be modified through the thermostat
