The 4-sided Film Applicator is a device for experimental manual film proofing of coatings, inks, paints, etc., and can also be placed on an automatic film machine for Moulding. It has four film thicknesses (25, 50, 75, 100 μm), an application width of 160mm, and is made of high-quality wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant alloy steel. The device can precisely control the thickness of wet-film or Dry-Film to ensure the conformity and Repeatability of coatings. Principle

Steps
Select the desired film thickness (25, 50, 75 or 100 μm) on the 4-sided Applicator.
2. Spreader by placing the Applicator on the substrate manually or using the Automatic Film Applicator.
3. Move the Applicator evenly to ensure that the application width is 160mm.
4. After completing the Spreader, check whether the film thickness meets the requirements.
