Overview
The SZQ-150 4-sided Applicator is an experimental film appliance with an accuracy of +/- 2 microns. It is made of high-carbon chromium wear-resistant stainless steel and has good corrosion resistance. The Applicator has an application width of 150mm, a wet film thickness of 200/400/600/800μm, and a total length of 180mm. The imported three-coordinate accuracy test will be carried out before leaving the factory and the test data report will be attached. It is suitable for Moulding proofing of samples in Resin, coatings, glues, New materials, polymer materials and other fields. It supports non-standard customization and supporting laboratory Automatic Film Applicator.
Features
1. Made of 9Cr18Mo High Hardness Stainless Steel, with Good Abrasion Resistance and corrosion resistance, Hardness value of 50~ 55HRC
2, accuracy up to +/- 2μm to ensure experimental accuracy
3. Smooth surface, diverse styles, wide range of applications, support for customized specifications
4. Adopt imported three-coordinate detection accuracy, with factory inspection report, can stand Measurement
Principle
The 4-sided Applicator evenly scrapes the sample material on the surface of the substrate to form a wet-film of a specific thickness through the precisely designed Drawdown blade structure. The four sides of the Applicator correspond to different wet film thickness specifications, and the user can select the appropriate surface for Spreader operation according to needs.
Applications
Resin, Paint, Glue, New material, Polymer material
Steps
1, choose the appropriate thickness of the film surface
2. Place the Applicator on the surface of the substrate
3. Apply pressure evenly and pull the Applicator at a constant speed
4. Clean the Applicator after finishing the film
Notice
• Please confirm the Applicator surface corresponding to the required film thickness before use
• Maintain uniform speed during operation to ensure film uniformity
• Applicator surface should be cleaned promptly after use
• Avoid collision with Miscellaneous hard objects when storing
• Regularly check Applicator accuracy to ensure experimental accuracy
