Overview
BZ-8-16TP high temperature muffle furnace is a high-temperature equipment with excellent performance. It adopts PID control and single anti-parallel thyristor to control the output. With digital display instrument, the data is clear and accurate. The furnace is made of 1800 high-purity aluminum oxide microcrystalline fiber material, and the heating element is high-quality silicon molybdenum rod. The temperature field is uniform and the energy consumption is low. The double-decked furnace body is designed and equipped with Air-Cooled system, which is safe and energy-saving in operation. It has multiple protection functions and is suitable for a variety of high temperature experimental scenarios.
Features

Principle
The high-temperature muffle furnace is coordinated with a single anti-parallel thyristor through a PID control algorithm to precisely adjust the output power to achieve precise control of the temperature in the furnace. The temperature measuring element (B-type Thermocouple) monitors the furnace temperature in real time and feeds back to the digital display instrument, and the control system automatically executes the raising and cooling process according to the setting program (up to 30 segments). The heating element (silicon molybdenum rod) heats up under the action of electric energy. The high-purity aluminum oxide microcrystalline fiber material of the furnace ensures uniform heat distribution and effective heat preservation. The double-decked furnace body and the Air-Cooled system work together to reduce the shell temperature and ensure the safe and stable operation of the equipment.

Steps
1. Connect the power supply (220V).
2. Set the required 30-stage temperature increase and decrease program through the digital display instrument.
3. Start the device, and the system will automatically control the temperature rise (recommended rate 15-20 ° C/Min) and run according to the set program.
4. During the experiment, real-time temperature data can be observed through the meter.
5. After the program runs, the equipment can automatically cool down or wait for natural cooling down according to the setting.
Notice
• It is recommended that the heating rate be controlled at 15-20 ° C/Min.
• When the equipment is running, the top part of the furnace may dissipate heat, please be careful to avoid touching it.
Make sure the Power frequency is 220V and match the corresponding power.
• Before use, please confirm that the protection functions such as overtemperature, couple breakage, and leakage are normal.
• Do not use beyond the usual temperature (< 1550 ° C), the limit temperature is 1600 ° C.
• Pay attention to the furnace size (300 * 150 * 120mm), do not overload or block when placing the sample.
• Regularly check the status of components such as Thermocouple to ensure accurate temperature measurement.
