Overview
HYQ-Z-103 automatic water drop angle tester is used to measure the contact angle between solid, liquid and gas three phases, and calculate the adhesion of liquid to solid, solid surface tension and solid surface energy by measuring contact angle. The instrument applies microcontrol technology to transfer the ingested image into the computer for storage, analysis and printing. It has the characteristics of fast speed, accurate data and convenient operation. It is widely used in petroleum, chemical industry, papermaking, dyestuff and various New materials research and manufacturing fields.

Principle
The contact angle is defined as the angle between the gas-liquid interface and the solid-liquid interface at the three-phase interface of solid, liquid and gas, and is the scale for showing the Humidity of the solid surface. Measured by using most of the solid droplets, the low contact angle indicates high Humidity (hydrophilicity) and easy sticking to the surface. The contact angle of the liquid in contact with the flat solid surface is determined by the end point of the water droplet Linear dispersion in the liquid-solid-gas bonding point and the contact point of the solid surface.

Steps
1. Connect the computer and monitor power supply, and plug in the power supply behind the Illuminant box of the instrument host
2. Open the computer and double-click the contact angle software icon on the screen to open the software
3. Select the function key or processing bar sub-menu in the toolbar according to the experimental requirements
4. Perform contact angle measurement, the software automatically saves data and pictures
Notice
• Make sure the computer, monitor and instrument mainframe power are properly connected before starting the test
• Select the appropriate function key or sub-menu according to the experimental requirements during operation
• The movement range of the injection system is limited, pay attention to avoid exceeding the limit operation
• After data is saved, historical test data can be viewed and deleted through the software
