Overview
JY-30C2 automatic clamping oscillation mixer is a high-performance sample Stirrer specially designed by JNYE brand for laboratories, suitable for mixing all kinds of cans/drums of paint with 0.5-20 liters. Driven by DC motor, the clamping plate rises and falls quickly, and with PLC microcomputer intelligent control, it can freely set the oscillation time of 0-2 hours. It has automatic clamping function and unique continuous multi-shake operation mode before and after up and down, and realizes high-speed thorough mixing with an Oscillation Frequency of 680-710 times/min.
Features
1. Using a DC motor, the up and down speed of the clamping plate is accelerated.
2. It is composed of main vibrator, container gland, PLC microcomputer and integrated circuit design, suitable for various tanks/drums of 0.5-20 liters, with a maximum load weight of 35KG.
3. Adopting PLC microcomputer control, the mixing time can be arbitrarily selected and adjusted, resulting in a long service life.
4. Automatic clamping, different pressures can be automatically applied according to different specifications of paint barrels, and the phenomenon of crushing or deflating paint barrels will not occur during operation.

Principle
The device drives the clamping plate to rise and fall quickly through the DC motor, and combines with the PLC microcomputer intelligent Control system to realize automatic clamping and oscillation mixing. The continuous multi-shake operation mode is used up and down, and the high-speed mixing is carried out at an Oscillation Frequency of 680-710 times/min to ensure that the paint samples are evenly stirred.

Steps
1. Place the paint bucket on the equipment.
2. Set the mixing time by PLC microcomputer (0-2 hours).
3. Start the device, and the automatic clamping function applies pressure according to the barrel specifications.
4. The device is mixed at an Oscillation Frequency of 680-710 times/min.
5. Automatic stop after mixing is completed.

Make sure the paint drums are within 0.5-20 litres.
• The maximum load weight does not exceed 35KG.
• Power supply voltage (110V or 220V) checked before use.
