Principle
When working, the grinder, pump blade, and dispersion disc on the rotating shaft and the rotating shaft swirl/spin at high speed. The high-speed swirl/spin of the self-priming pump blade generates a strong suction force, which sucks the material into the grinding basket filled with the grinding medium. The grinder drives the grinding medium to produce strong shearing and collision with the material to achieve the effect of grinding the material and dispersing the polymer. Subsequently, the ground material is aspirated grinding basket under the suction of the pump blade, and then the centrifugal force generated by the high-speed swirl/spin dispersion plate is thrown out, and the high-efficiency dispersion mixing is carried out to form a high-efficiency cycle of dispersion, grinding, and discharging, which solves the problem of material turning and avoids circulation dead ends.
