Principle
When the equipment is working, the rotating shaft drives the grinder, pump blade and dispersion disc to swirl/spin at high speed. The high-speed swirl/spin of the self-priming pump blade generates a strong suction force and eddy current, which sucks the material into the grinding basket filled with the grinding medium. The grinder drives the grinding medium to produce strong shearing and collision with the material, achieving the effect of grinding the material and dispersing the polymer. After grinding, the material is aspirated grinding basket under the suction of pump blade, and then the centrifugal force generated by the high-speed swirl/spin dispersion plate is thrown out, and the high-efficiency dispersion mixing is carried out to form the high-efficiency circulation of suction, grinding, dispersion and discharge, which solves the problem of material turnover and avoids the dead angle of circulation.

Steps
1. Start the equipment and adjust the speed through frequency conversion control.
2. The self-priming pump blade sucks the material into the grinding basket for grinding.
3. After grinding, the material is aspirated and dispersed and mixed by the dispersion plate.
4. After the grinding is completed, the grinding basket is raised above the liquid level for a short operation, and the residual material is thrown out by centrifugal force for cleaning.

• Before operation, please ensure that the equipment is installed smoothly and the rack runs reliably.
• Choose the appropriate grinding medium size (such as 1.2-1) according to the material characteristics.
• Pay attention to the batch processing range (0.5-10 L) of the equipment to avoid overload operation.
• When cleaning and changing colors, make sure that the grinding basket has risen above the liquid level and use centrifugal force to remove the residue.
• Regularly check and maintain equipment to ensure its normal operation.
