Overview
Rgdc-0.5/200 immersion coil Coater (with drying) is a factory outlet product with an effective Spreader width of 200mm. The equipment is specially designed for coils such as Plastic film, paper, non-woven fabrics, etc. It can perform dip coating operations on water-based paints, solar-based paints, UV coatings, etc., and integrates drying functions. It is suitable for Spreader needs in a variety of industrial production scenarios.
Features
1. Efficient process: The integrated process of "unwinding → soaking → double roll extrusion residue → drying → winding" is adopted, and the production is continuous and efficient.

Principle
The device uses the immersion-type Spreader process. After the coil is unrolled, it enters the immersion bath filled with the Spreader liquid for immersion coating, and then is squeezed by a pair of adjustable double rollers to remove excess paint and form a uniform coating. The material after the Spreader immediately enters the adjustable temperature drying channel for drying, and finally automatically winds up to complete the continuous Spreader production.

Steps
1. Preparation: Confirm that the power supply (single-phase AC220V) and the air source (0.5~ 0.8MPa compressed air) are connected normally, and set the drying tunnel temperature, coating speed and extrusion roller gap according to the process requirements.
2. Feeding: Install the coil to be coated to the reel (maximum diameter < 200mm), and lead the tape through the soaking bath, extrusion roller and drying tunnel.
3. Spreader: Start the equipment, the coil is soaked in the bath Spreader, the coating thickness is controlled by double roller extrusion, and then it enters the drying tunnel to dry.
4. Winding: The dried material is wound by a reel (maximum diameter < 200mm, load-bearing 50KG) under automatic tension and deviation correction control.
Notice
• The soaking bath is made of corrosion-resistant stainless steel, and the Spreader liquid used cannot chemically react with this material.
• Before operation, check whether the gas source pressure is in the range of 0.5~ 0.8MPa, and whether the Power frequency is AC220V +/- 10%.
• When adjusting the extrusion gap of the double rollers, it is necessary to set it accurately through the handwheel and the dial meter.
• Equipment dimensions and weight are reference values, subject to actual customization.
• The maximum diameter of the rewinding and unwinding roll is 200 mm, please do not use it beyond the limit.
• During operation, pay attention to the working status of the automatic deviation correction and tension system.
