1. Feeding: Install the coil to be coated to the reel (maximum diameter < 200mm), and lead the tape through the soaking bath, extrusion roller and drying tunnel. 3. Spreader: Start the equipment, the coil is soaked in the bath Spreader, the coating thickness is controlled by double roller extrusion, and then it enters the drying tunnel to dry. 4. Winding: The dried material is wound by a reel (maximum diameter < 200mm, load-bearing 50KG) under automatic tension and deviation correction control.
