FS-3000 brushless high speed dissolver (frequency conversion) is a device specially designed to meet the needs of industrial dispersion. With advanced brushless motor technology and frequency conversion speed regulation system, it shows superior performance in dispersion operations, and can be widely used in paint, inks, Adhesive and other materials dispersion processing scenarios, providing users with efficient and stable dispersion solutions.

2. Processing capacity - ≤ 150L Processing capacity (affected by viscosity consistency), suitable for Mixing Tank within 60 * 60cm (can be customized), to meet the operation of containers of different specifications.
3. Core components - φ 20mm × 600mm dispersion shaft with φ 150mm 304 stainless steel dispersion disc, wear and corrosion resistance, to ensure long-term stable operation.

Principle
The equipment drives the dispersion shaft swirl/spin through a brushless motor, and cooperates with a frequency conversion speed control system to achieve a smooth 0-3000 rpm Rotation speed adjustment. The 304 stainless steel dispersion disc at the end of the dispersion shaft swirl/spin at high speed in the material to generate shear force to achieve uniform dispersion and mixing of the material.

Steps
1. Rotation speed according to material characteristics.
2. Place the device above the appropriate Mixing Tank.
3. Use the hand lifting structure to adjust the dispersion disc to the appropriate height.
4. Start the equipment for decentralized operations.
5. Turn off the power and clean the equipment after the job is completed.
