Overview
Xinlinte YJ300-220 high-efficiency oscillator is a dispersion equipment specially designed for paint, inks and other industries. It makes liquid and solid materials turn violently in the container through high-speed dispersion disc to achieve fast analysis and uniform mixing, especially suitable for pigment chroma analysis, dispersion effect evaluation and other test scenarios.
Features
1. A large number of samples can be dispersed under the same conditions, improving Test speed and ensuring reproducibility and repeatability.
2. The equipment moves along the elliptical trajectory according to geometry, the vibration range is 45mm without load, 32mm with full load, Frequency 660 + 40 times/minute adjustable, centrifugal force up to 20 times the load.
3. Equipped with a chilling down device, composed of two low-pressure fans, automatically adjust the fan Power to ensure that the temperature of the sample container is 10 ° C higher than room temperature.
4. Completely enclosed container space, reduce noise and block Glass container burst or chemical leakage, protect the laboratory environment, supplemented by transparent observation windows for monitoring.
5. Adopt the German SIEMENS PLC operation display system, which can preset the dispersion time, display the remaining time, total Working time, clamping time and vibration Frequency. The Chinese interface is simple and easy to understand, and the fault code is displayed for easy diagnosis.
6. Easy to operate, automatic clamping after the sample container is placed, the chill down fan starts after 20 seconds, and automatically stops when it reaches the preset time.
Principle
The dispersion disc turns two or more liquid and solid powdery materials up and down violently in the container at high speed, resulting in strong collision and shearing, destroying the aggregate, and achieving the purpose of rapid analysis and uniform mixing, thereby accelerating the dissolving of insoluble materials.
Applications
Paints, inks
Steps
1. Place the sample container (glass bottle or plastic bottle) in the hole where the sample holder fits.
2. Close the sealing door.
3. Set the scatter time and chill down.
4. The equipment is automatically clamped and begins to disperse.
After 5.20 seconds, the chill down fan starts to work to reduce the temperature.
6. Automatically stop working after reaching the preset dispersion time.
Notice
• During the operation of the equipment, pay attention to monitoring the fault code and promptly determine the problem.
• Make sure the sample container is firmly placed before use to avoid leakage.
• The chill down system automatically adjusts without manual intervention.
• Use the emergency brake button in an emergency.
