Principle
Automatic Film Applicator uniformly Spreader the sample on the substrate to form the desired film by controlling the Spreader head and Spreader parameters. High Accuracy automatic film is achieved by adjusting the coating speed and application length by using Blade Coating method combined with Vacuum chuck to fix the substrate.

Steps
1. Prepare the substrate and samples
2. Place the substrate on the Spreader table and fix it with Vacuum chuck or fixture
3. Set Spreader parameters (Spreader speed, application length, etc.) through Touchscreen
4. Install and adjust drawdown blade to desired thickness
5. Start the device for automatic filming
6. After the Spreader is completed, turn up the drawdown blade for cleaning

• Before operation, please ensure that the power supply of the equipment meets the requirements (100V~ 220V/50~ 60HZ)
• Check whether the substrate is firmly fixed before Spreader
• When cleaning the drawdown blade, the drawdown blade should be turned over to avoid damage
