Principle
The UV light solidification machine uses a mercury lamp as the Illuminant, emits ultraviolet rays in the 365nm band, and performs instant curing treatment on the workpiece through adjustable transmission speed, irradiation distance and feed height. It uses 2kW Power to provide sufficient energy to ensure efficient and stable curing process.
Steps
1. Connect the 220V power supply.
2. Adjust the transfer speed according to the workpiece characteristics (1-5m/min).
3. Set the irradiation distance (100-300mm).
4. Adjust the feed height (0-90mm).
5. Start the equipment for curing operation.
