Overview
The Rxg-01/50csfz is a high-efficiency multi-functional device that integrates unwinding, Spreader, laminating, drying, slitting and packaging. The device has a Spreader width of 50mm, and the production speed can be adjusted to 5 meters/minute. It is driven by a stepper motor and is equipped with a tension control system and a Touchscreen operation interface. It covers an area of only 2.3 square meters. It is suitable for the precision production of mouth-soluble films and Miscellaneous film products.

Principle
The device releases the substrate through the unwinding device, and performs Spreader through the coating roller group. The thickness of the Spreader Film can be adjusted through the dial table and handwheel. The substrate after the Spreader is smoothly transported through the transmission platform, and enters the subsequent process under the action of the traction roller group. The equipment integrates drying, bonding functions, and finally slitting through High Accuracy hob cross-cutting, and completes the packaging. The whole process is driven by a servo motor and centrally controlled by Touchscreen.

Steps
1. Install the base material on the discharge rack.
2. Adjust the required Spreader Film thickness through the handwheel and dial meter on the rack of the coating roller group.
3. Manually pull the substrate between the upper and lower rollers of the traction roller, and tighten the rack handwheel to make the rollers contact.
4. Set up and start the equipment through Touchscreen for integrated production of unwinding, Spreader, laminating, drying, slitting and packaging.
5. During the production process, the material alignment can be automatically adjusted by the deviation correction device.
Notice
• Spreader Film thickness needs to be carefully adjusted by dial indicator and handwheel swirl/spin.
When pulling the substrate, ensure that the rubber ring of the traction roller is in good contact with the lower roller.
• Before running the equipment, please confirm that the Power frequency is three-phase 220V.
