Principle
The instrument collects pH, dissolved oxygen and other parameter signals in the water sample through the Electrode Sensor, and performs data conversion and compensation calculation through the built-in processor. The pH measurement adopts the principle of potentiometry, and the dissolved oxygen measurement adopts the principle of Electrochemical sensor. The temperature sensor monitors the Ambient Temperature in real time, and the system automatically performs temperature compensation and air pressure compensation to ensure the accuracy of the measurement results.
Applications
Water quality monitoring, environment testing, laboratory analysis, industrial process control, aquaculture, sewage treatment, scientific research and education
Standards
European Union standards
Steps
1. Turn it on and check the battery level.
2. Measurement parameters (pH, DO or temperature)
3. Electrode calibrated as needed (pH supports 1~ 3 point Automatic calibration, DO supports zero oxygen and fullness correction)
4. Electrode immersion in the sample to be tested
5. Wait for the reading to stabilize and record the data
6. Optional data lock or store to memory
7. Charge with Type C interface or connect to PC software for data transmission
Notice
• Electrode is nondestructive before use
• Standard buffer solution should be used when calibrating
• Electrode should be fully immersed in the sample during measurement
• Regular Cleaning and Maintenance of Electrodes
• Avoid strong impact or falling of the instrument
• Please use the original charger when charging.
• Please turn off the instrument in time when it is not in use
• Memory capacity limit when storing data
• Manual setting of parameter values when performing salinity compensation
• Note that the dustproof and waterproof grade is IP57 to avoid long-term soaking
