Overview
HuiNuo KTQ-400 Adjustable Preparation (Scale) is a film thickness adjustable Film Applicator. The Coating thickness is controlled by adjusting the gap of the Drawdown blade up and down with two scale differential heads. The differential head Graduation is 10 μm. The film range of this product is adjustable from 0 to 5000 microns, with an accuracy of +/- 2 μm. The frame is made of aluminum hard oxidation, and the Drawdown blade is made of mold steel.

Principle
By adjusting the two scale differential heads above the Applicator, the Drawdown blade below is adjusted vertically to control the gap, the size of the gap, i.e. the thickness of the final coating.
