Overview
HuiNuo adjustable preparation (scale) model KTQ-500 is a film thickness adjustable Film Applicator. Adjust the Drawdown blade gap up and down through the top two scale differential heads to control the Coating thickness, Graduation 10μm. The film range is adjustable from 0 to 5000 microns, accuracy +/- 2μm, the frame is aluminum hard oxidation, Drawdown blade is made of die steel.

Principle
Drawdown blades are adjusted vertically to control the gap by adjusting the two scale differential heads above the Applicator, and the gap size determines the final Coating thickness.

Steps
1. Adjust the upper scale differential head to control the Drawdown blade gap;
2. Set the required film thickness;
3. Perform film operation.
