HuiNuo KTQ-500S Adjustable Film Applicator (Digital Display) is a new generation of Drawdown blade removable film applicator. Drawdown blade design solves the cleaning problem of high viscosity and easy curing materials. The equipment provides 500mm application width to meet the needs of different application scenarios.

Principle
Based on the principle of differential gap scraping, a uniform wet-film is formed by scraping on the substrate with an adjustable Drawdown blade, and the magnetic attraction design is easy to disassemble and clean.

Steps
1. Install and fix Drawdown blades
2. Adjust the differential head to the required thickness
3. Place the material on the substrate
4. Smooth scraping to form wet-film
5. Drawdown blade for cleaning
