Overview
HuiNuo KTQ-400S Adjustable Film Applicator is a new generation of Drawdown blade removable film applicator. Drawdown blade design solves the problem of difficult cleaning of high viscosity and easy curing materials. The application width of the equipment is 400mm, and the film thickness range is adjustable from 0 to 5000μm to meet the needs of different application scenarios.

Principle
Based on the principle of differential gap scraping, the device performs scraping operation on the hard aluminum oxide frame through magnetic detachable Drawdown blade, and uses the green differential head to precisely adjust the Drawdown blade gap to achieve accurate control of wet film thickness.

Steps
1. Install magnetic removable Drawdown blade
2. Use the green differential head to adjust the required thickness
3. Place the material on the Spreader substrate
4. Perform scraping operation

• Drawdown blade accuracy is +/- 2μm, pay attention to accuracy requirements when using
• Drawdown blade material is mold steel, frame is hard aluminum oxide, need to avoid violent collision
• Drawdown blades should be removed when cleaning to ensure thorough cleaning
• Graduation of the differential head is 10 μm, and accurate readings are required when adjusting
