Principle
The equipment is fixed to the substrate through the Vacuum chuck platform, and the bar or Drawdown blade is used for Spreader. The thickness of the Spreader is adjustable from 0 to 10mm. The upper and lower dual heating systems provide uniform heating, with a Temperature range of RT +~ 180 ° C. The automatic feeding system is driven by the pressure of the air source, and the discharge volume is controlled by adjusting the air pressure and the running speed of the discharge port to realize reciprocating linear motion feeding.

Steps
1. Connect the power supply (220V 50Hz) and the gas source (0.6Mpa).
2. Set Spreader parameters (Rate, Travel, Temperature, etc.) through Touchscreen
3. Place the substrate on the Vacuum chuck platform to fix
4. Select Spreader mode (bar or Drawdown blade)
5. Start the automatic feeding system and adjust the amount of material
6. Start Spreader operation
7. Turn off the equipment after completion, clean and maintain it
Notice
• The air source of the feeding system needs to be equipped with a φ 8 trachea
• The maximum pressure of the Mixing Tank is 8Mpa, do not use it beyond the limit
• Check safety valves, pressure regulators, pressure gauges and other devices before operation
• Customized coating speed below 5mm/s

• Clean the coating table and feeding system in time after use
