Principle
The Film Applicator uses a Vacuum chuck platform to fix the substrate and uses bar and Drawdown blade dual Spreader mode for Spreader. The heating system provides upper and lower double heating, and the temperature can be adjusted to 180 ° C. The automatic feeding system is driven by air source pressure, and the amount of material is controlled by adjusting the air pressure and the running speed of the discharge port to achieve reciprocating linear motion feeding. The shaft drive adopts a synchronous belt mode to ensure Spreader accuracy and Stability.

Steps
1. Prepare the substrate and place it on the Vacuum chuck platform
2. Set Spreader parameters through Touchscreen, including Spreader Travel, Rate, and Heating Temperature
3. Configure the automatic feeding system to adjust the air pressure and the running speed of the discharge port to control the discharge volume
4. Start the device and perform bar or Blade Coating operation
5. Monitor Spreader process to ensure accuracy and uniformity
6. After completing the Spreader, turn off the device and clean it for maintenance
Notice
• The air source of the feeding system needs to be 0.6Mpa, and it is equipped with a φ 8 trachea
• The maximum pressure of the Mixing Tank is 8Mpa, and this limit must not be exceeded when using it
• The power supply of the equipment is 220V 50Hz to ensure stable power supply
• Customized coating speed below 5mm/s, conventional range is 5-200mm/s
• Regularly check the Mixing Tank configuration of safety valve, pressure regulator, pressure gauge, etc., to ensure safe operation
• Coating size and Vacuum Area can be customized, need to confirm requirements in advance
