Overview
The NDJ-5S + 0 #rotational viscometer is an upgraded digital rotational viscometer launched by HuiNuo brand. It adopts reliable mechanical design technology, manufacturing process and microcomputer control technology, and has stable data collection. The instrument has the characteristics of high measurement Sensitivity and reliable test results. It can be used to measure the absolute viscosity of Newtonian liquids and the apparent relative viscosity of non-Newtonian liquids.
Features
1. Adopt high-resolution 3.5-inch IPS display, visually display viscosity, Rotation speed, temperature, percent torque, rotor number and the maximum viscosity that can be measured at the current Rotation speed of the selected rotor number
2. Sensitivity of measurement, reliable test results
3. Stable data collection
4. Support conventional measurement, Linear dispersion measurement, recording, viscosity conversion, printing and other functions
5. Equipped with USB, RS232 Interface
6. Support Chinese and English language switching
7. Travel 250mm, easy to operate
Principle
The instrument measures the viscosity by the resistance of the rotor when swirling/spinning in the liquid, uses microcomputer control technology to precisely control the Rotor speed, and calculates the viscosity value of the liquid by measuring torque.
Applications
Oil, paints, plastic, food, Coatings, glue, Adhesive, Resin, chemical raw materials and other fluid viscosity measurement
Steps
1. Select the appropriate rotor and install it
2. Rotation speed required
3. Immerse the rotor in the liquid to be tested
4. Start measurement, the instrument automatically collects data
5. Read the viscosity value on the display
6. Data can be exported via USB or RS232 interface
Notice
• Ensure that the instrument works at 0 ℃~ 40 ℃ Ambient Temperature before use
• environment relative humidity should be maintained at 20% to 80%, no condensation
• Select the appropriate rotor and Speed range for measurement
• Make sure the rotor is clean and pollution-free before measurement
• Avoid use in strong electromagnetic interference environments
• Regularly calibrate instruments to ensure Measurement accuracy
