Overview
Wear resistance tester for pot bottom is suitable for wear resistance test of various pot bottom surface paintings. Under a certain load, the abrasion effect is judged by friction between the test medium and the sample and after the set test time.
Features
1. Move the specimen back and forth.
2. Provide a variety of clamping methods and a variety of abrasion methods to ensure accurate and productive testing.
3. Using the Keypad Operation setting counter, the number of tests can be set arbitrarily, and the actual number of tests can be visually displayed.
Principle
The machine drives the fixture with the sample to move back and forth through the drive mechanism, so that the sample and the fixed friction medium (such as the rubber friction head) generate friction under the set load. By setting the number of tests and speed, the abrasion process in actual use is simulated to evaluate the wear resistance of the sample surface.
Applications
Wear resistance test of painting sample on bottom of pot
Steps
1. Secure the specimen to the fixture.
2. Select the appropriate friction medium (e.g. rubber friction head) and install it.
3. According to the test requirements, apply the corresponding load weight on the friction head.
4. Set the required number of tests through the Keypad Operation counter.
5. Start the machine and start testing.
6. After the test reaches the set number of times, it will automatically stop, take out the sample to observe and evaluate the abrasion effect.
Notice
• Before use, please confirm that the Power frequency (1, 220V, 5A or specified) matches the local power grid.
• Correctly select and install the load weight according to the test requirements to ensure that the applied load is accurate.
• Ensure that the specimen and friction medium are firmly installed to prevent loosening during the test from affecting the results.
• Regularly check whether the machine is running smoothly and whether the mobile travel is normal.
Do not exceed the range of test parameters specified by the machine (e.g. maximum load, Travel, etc.).
• Keep the machine clean to avoid dust and foreign objects affecting the test accuracy.
