Overview
CON201TG Conductivity detector Electrode is a professional conductivity measurement tool of the DDKSIC brand, with a Glass shell, corrosion resistance and temperature compensation functions. The Electrode has a built-in 10KΩ temperature sensor, equipped with a 1-meter cable and a 4-core interface. The specification is φ 12mm × 125mm. Measurement range covers 0-200.0mS/cm. It is suitable for online monitoring and laboratory analysis of chemical raw material liquids, Eletroplating solutions, high-purity water treatment and other scenarios.
Features
1. Glass shell, strong corrosion resistance
2. Built-in 10KΩ temperature sensor, providing temperature compensation function
3.1M Cable length for easy operation
4.4 core interface design, stable connection
5. No reference solution required, simplifying the use process
6. Measurement range 0-200.0mS/cm, high accuracy
Principle
Electrode detects the solution temperature with a built-in 10KΩ temperature sensor, combined with conductivity measurement to achieve temperature compensation, ensuring the Stability of measurement results in different temperature environments. Glass shell protects internal components from corrosion media, direct measurement of solution conductivity.
Applications
Chemical raw material liquid, Eletroplating solution, high purity water treatment
Steps
1. Connect Electrode 4 core interface to measurement device
2. Electrode immersion in the solution to be tested
3. Read the conductivity value displayed by the device
4. Clean Electrode After Use and Store Properly
Notice
• Avoid Electrode use beyond the range of 0-200.0mS/cm
• Glass shell should be handled carefully to prevent damage
Regularly check whether the cables and interfaces are in good condition
• Clean in time after use in corrosive media
Make sure the temperature sensor works properly to maintain compensation accuracy
