Overview
DJS-0.01V Low Range Conductivity detector Electrode is a professional tool for ultra-low frequency conductivity measurement of DDKSIC brand. It adopts titanium alloy shell to resist strong acid and alkali corrosion, and 1 meter cable to meet the installation needs of laboratory countertops and industrial equipment. The Electrode has a compact specification of φ 16mm × 50mm, and can be directly adapted to scenes such as Reaction Kettle and pipeline with G3 '/4 standard interface. Measurement range accurately covers 0-2μS/cm, especially suitable for ultra-low carbon medium such as high purity water and electronic grade Reagent. Conductivity detector detection.
Features
1. Titanium alloy shell is resistant to strong acid and alkali corrosion
2.1M Cable length to meet a variety of installation needs
3. Compact size φ 16mm × 50mm
4. G3 '/4 standard interface
5.4 Core Interface Design Ensures Signal Transmission Stability
6. Measurement range 0-2μS/cm accurate coverage ultra-low frequency conductivity
Principle
Conductivity detector Electrode transmits electrical signals through a 4-core interface design to detect the conductivity change of the medium in the range of 0-2 μS/cm, especially for ultra-low carbon media such as high-purity water, electronic grade Reagents, etc. for accurate measurement.
Applications
Pure water, ultrapure water, distillation water, semiconductor wafer cleaning, purified water monitoring
Steps
1. Confirm that the Electrode specification is φ 16mm × 50mm, and the interface is G3 '/4.
2. Connect the 4-core interface to ensure stable signal transmission
3. Install Electrode to measurement scenarios such as Reaction Kettles and Pipes
4. Perform conductivity measurements in the range of 0-2 μS/cm
Notice
• Electrode titanium alloy shell is intact and nondestructive
• Pay attention to the correct docking of the G3 '/4 interface during installation
• Measurement range within 0-2μS/cm before use
• Keep the 4-core interface connection stable
