Principle
The device uses drawdown Bar & blade heating film technology, which moves the material evenly on the surface of the substrate through a precisely controlled Drawdown blade on a heated Spreader table. The speed and thickness of the Spreader can be precisely adjusted by a digital display system, and the heating system ensures that the material is Spreader at the right temperature.

Steps
1. Spreader material and substrate
2. Set the required Spreader thickness and speed parameters
3. Adjust the heating temperature to the desired value
4. Install the appropriate specification coating rod
5. Start the Device for Auto Spreader
6. Clean the device after finishing the Spreader
