Overview

QHG pipeline coating Scratch meter is designed according to the industry standard SY/T 4113-2007 "scratch resistance test method of anti-corrosion coatings". It is suitable for the scratch resistance test of external anti-corrosion coatings of pipelines.

Principle

The instrument is composed of servo motor and Control system, and the test scratch is automatically completed and automatically returned to zero. The scratch speed is maintained at 254mm/min, and the counterweight weight is lifted and lowered freely to ensure that the scribing needle parts fall freely on the workpiece.
