The instrument works according to the principle of ultrasonic propagation in materials. 1. Turn it on and check the battery level. 2. According to the detection requirements, select the appropriate Probe (straight Probe, oblique Probe, bicrystalline Probe or penetrating Probe) and connect it. 3. Call or set the corresponding flaw detection parameter channel, which can be built-in standard or customized. 4. Use the auto calibration function (e.g. Probe bias, K value, sound speed). 5. Couple the Probe to the surface of the workpiece to be inspected for scanning. 6. Observe the screen waveform and make judgments using functions such as gate alarm, defect location, and Basis Weight. 7. Defective waveforms found can be frozen, stored, or recorded. 8. After the detection is completed, the stored data can be exported through the USB interface.
