Overview
MMP-200DL Portable Yoke Flaw detector is an improved magnetic particle flaw detection equipment under the MITECH brand. The instrument is small in size, light in weight, safe and reliable, can be directly connected to AC power supply, or optional AC or DC magnetization power supply, taking into account both AC and DC flaw detection applications, solving the drawbacks of traditional equipment relying on 220V power supply. It is especially suitable for working environments such as hull welds, high-altitude structural welds and Pressure Vessel interiors. It is a professional precision instrument for magnetic particle detection on the surface of various ferromagnetic materials in electric power, metallurgy, petrochemical, machinery and other industries.

Principle
The MMP-200DL Portable Yoke Flaw Detector is an improved design based on the traditional Magnetic Particle Testing Equipment. It magnetizes the ferromagnetic workpiece through the yoke. When there is a defect on or near the surface of the workpiece, a magnetic leakage field will be formed, and the applied magnetic particles will be adsorbed, so as to visually display the morphology, location and size of the defect.
