Principle
The instrument is based on the principle that the leakage magnetic field will adsorption magnetic particles for flaw detection. The magnetic field is generated by the instrument. When there is a defect on the surface or near the surface of the workpiece, the leakage magnetic field will be formed and the adsorption magnetic particles will be formed. The location and size of the defect are judged by observing the density of the adsorption magnetic particles.

Steps
1. Select and adjust the luminance of the built-in LED lighting of the electromagnetic yoke according to the environment.
2. Place the instrument diagonally across the waist or hand, so that the standard cross-type yoke Probe (four-legged roller) touches the surface of the workpiece.
3. Turn on the power supply and use the roller design to continuously move in multiple directions on the surface of the workpiece for flaw detection.
4. Observe the density of magnetic particle adsorption on the surface of the workpiece and judge the defects.
5. Charge the lithium battery promptly after use.
