Overview
MT-1Y series portable integrated Magnetic Particle Testing Equipment (models include MT-1YA, MT-1YB, MT-1YC) is an improved design product based on traditional Magnetic Particle Testing Equipment. It integrates AC magnetization power supply inside the magnetic yoke, integrates magnetic detection, power supply, lighting and other functions. Compact structure, small size, light weight, good sealing effect, strong insulation performance, safe and reliable, more efficient and convenient on-site flaw detection. The large-capacity lithium battery pack can be disassembled and assembled independently, replaced flexibly on site, no need for connecting wires, cost saving, long standby can work continuously for more than 5 hours, especially suitable for field field flaw detection and aerial work without power supply, and realizes the integration of magnetic particle flaw detection.
Features

Principle
The instrument is a portable integrated Magnetic Particle Testing Equipment. Its working principle is based on magnetic particle detection technology. AC magnetization power supply is integrated inside the instrument. When the magnetic yoke touches the workpiece, the intelligent identification function automatically starts to generate a magnetic field in the workpiece. If there is a defect on the surface or near the surface of the workpiece, a leakage magnetic field will be formed at the defect, and the applied magnetic particles (dry powder or magnetic suspension liquid) will be adsorbed to form a visible magnetic trace display. The instrument adopts pulsating power supply technology to support continuous and uninterrupted work, and illuminates and observes through a high-luminance LED light source (white light or fluorescence) to achieve fast, clear and accurate detection of defects.
Applications
It is especially suitable for field flaw detection and aerial work without power supply.
Standards
The comprehensive Sensitivity meets the A-type 15/100 standard test piece, and the manual grooving display is clear (at any power), and the lifting force meets ≥ 45N (at any power).
Steps
1. Adjust the yoke spacing as required.
2. Contact the magnetic yoke of the instrument with the workpiece to be inspected, and the intelligent identification function automatically starts magnetization.
3. Apply magnetic particles (dry powder or magnetic suspension).
4. Observe the magnetic trace display, and use white light or fluorescent lighting (MT-1YA/MT-1YC models support switching).
5. After leaving the workpiece, the magnetization stops automatically.
6. (MT-1YA model) can connect to a mobile phone or tablet through the WIFI that comes with the instrument to record, take pictures and other operations.

• The instrument has intelligent start and stop functions, and will automatically shut down if it does not work for 4 minutes when powered on.
• The lithium battery pack can be disassembled and replaced independently, please note that the charging time is about 2-3 hours.
• When performing wet flaw inspection, please pay attention to the sealing effect of the instrument to prevent leakage.
• Manual magnetization or automatic magnetization mode can be selected as required during operation.
• The instrument is equipped with a backup switch on the battery.
• The yoke spacing can be adjusted within the range of 55-200mm, please use the equipped foot adjustment tool.
• The functions of different models are slightly different. For example, MT-1YB has only white light source, and MT-1YA has WIFI video recording. Please use it according to the specific model.
• The instrument can work continuously and uninterrupted, but please pay attention to the battery power. It can work continuously for more than 5 hours when fully charged.
