Overview
CJX-A multifunctional Magnetic Particle Testing Equipment is a new type of magnetic particle flaw detection instrument designed and produced by MITECH company to absorb the advantages of domestic and foreign congeneric products. It is small in size, light in weight, convenient in operation, and integrates multiple functions of various congeneric products. The instrument can be equipped with A, D, and O Probe, which realizes three flaw detection functions of magnetic clamp type, electromagnetic yoke detection, and ring type detection. It is a must-have professional precision instrument for defect detection, quality control, in-service safety monitoring and life assessment in petroleum, chemical industry, metallurgy, shipbuilding, aviation, railway and other fields.
Features
1. According to the magnetic interaction between the leakage magnetic field and the magnetic particles, the shape, location, size and severity of the defect can be intuitively displayed, and the nature of the defect can be determined.

8. Inspection and flaw detection speed is fast, the process is simple, and the cost is low.
9. It can detect defects under the surface of the workpiece of 0.5-3 mm, and for larger pores, the detection depth can reach 5 mm when DC magnetization.
10. With extremely high detection sensitivity, the magnetic marks formed by the accumulation of magnetic particles on the defect have amplification effect, and the minimum width that can be detected can reach 0.1 micron.
Principle
The object of the ferromagnetic material to be tested is placed in a strong magnetic field or magnetized by a strong current, if there are defects (crazing, folding, inclusions, etc.) on the surface or near the surface of the object, the magnetic field lines will produce magnetic leakage near these defects. When magnetic particles (usually magnetic oxidation iron powder) with good magnetic conductivity are applied to the object, the leakage magnetic field near the defect will attract the magnetic particles, stack to form visible traces of magnetic particles, and form visible magnetic marks under suitable lighting, thereby showing the position, size, shape and severity of continuity, and display the defect.

Steps
1. Place the ferromagnetic workpiece to be tested in a strong magnetic field or magnetize it with a strong current.
2. If there is a defect on or near the surface of the workpiece, the magnetic field lines will generate a leakage magnetic field at the defect.
3. Apply magnetic particles (usually magnetic oxidation iron powder) with good magnetic conductivity to the workpiece.
4. The leakage magnetic field near the defect will adsorption magnetic particles, forming visible magnetic particle traces.
5. Observe the magnetic trace under appropriate lighting to reveal the location, size, shape, and severity of the defect.
Notice
- Ambient Temperature: Operating Temperature -10 ℃~ + 40 ℃, Storage Temperature -20 ℃~ + 70 ℃.
- Working environment relative humidity: ≤ 80%.
- The working environment should be free of strong vibration, no strong magnetic field, no corrosive medium and serious dust.
- instrument weight approximately 7.0 kg.
- It is recommended to work continuously for a long time: magnetization time ≤ 3 seconds, gap time ≥ 5 seconds.
- Probe temperature rise should be ≤ 60 ℃.
- The recommended flaw detection speed is ≥ 6 meters/min.
- Power output is AC 38V 12A, optional A, D, O three Probe (no AC phase shift technology, no access to E Probe).
- Power input is AC 220V +/- 10% 50HZ 5A.
The lifting force should be ≥ 45N (not less than 5kg).
