Overview
CBX65B Far infrared drying oven is a vertical drying equipment with double air duct forced convection mode. The temperature range is RT + 10~ 300 ℃, the temperature control is accurate, the resolution is 0.1 ℃, Fluctuation +/- 1 ℃, distribution accuracy +/- 2.5%. It uses stainless steel plate inside, Cold rolled steel plate outside, aluminum silicate fiber for heat insulation, and stainless steel heating tube. The rated power is 1600W, and the performance is reliable. The equipment has a convenient operation mode, supports setting, timing operation and automatic stop, and has a variety of auxiliary features. Principle
The drying oven adopts a double air duct forced convection method, which generates heat through a stainless steel heating tube and is forced to supply air by a turbine centrifugal fan. The unique vertical double air duct air sleeve and centrifugal fan blade design realize the cooperation of bottom drum, bottom heating and vertical hot air circulation, so that the hot air is forced to circulate in the working room, so as to achieve the effect of uniform temperature distribution, rapid drying or sterilization. The speed regulating fan can adjust the wind speed according to the characteristics of the sample to adapt to different needs.

Steps
1. Set the desired temperature by tapping the four buttons.
2. Select the operation mode (fixed-value operation or regular operation).
3. If you choose to run regularly, set the Timer Range (0~ 9999 minutes).
4. Start the device to run.
5. The device can be automatically stopped according to the setting.

• Before use, please confirm that the power supply specification is AC220V/7.2A.
• Note that the rated power of the equipment is 1600W to ensure that the power supply line meets the requirements.
• The shelf load is 50kg/piece, please do not overload.
• The equipment is equipped with an over-lift alarm function, please pay attention to the alarm prompt.
• Auxiliary menu can be used for deviation correction or menu lock operation.
• According to the characteristics of the sample (e.g. light weight, fine powder sample), the speed regulating fan function can be used.
• The equipment is equipped with a fan switch, which can control the operation of the fan as required.
• Do not block the exhaust port with an inner diameter of 30mm at the top.
