Principle
Driven by a series-excited miniature high-speed motor, the device transmits power to the working head connected to the coupling. Steps
1. Select and install the appropriate working head according to the experimental requirements.
2. Dip the working head into the container containing the material to be processed.
3. Turn on the power supply (AC220V 50Hz).
4. Stepless speed regulation through the knob, set the required Rotation speed (2000-15000rpm).
5. Start the equipment for decentralized homogenization operation, allowing it to work continuously for a long time.
6. After the operation is completed, turn off the power supply, remove and clean the working head.

* Before operation, please select the appropriate container and working head according to the Processing capacity (100-13000ml) and material viscosity (maximum 6000cp).
* The contact part of the working head is stainless steel, but it is still necessary to pay attention to its corrosion resistance according to the nature of the material, and clean it in time after use.
When the equipment is running, please ensure that the working head is firmly installed and immersed below the material liquid level to avoid idling.
* Please smooth the swirl/spin knob when adjusting the speed to ensure stable operation.
Do not operate beyond the maximum processing viscosity and recommended processing capacity of the equipment.
When using it continuously for a long time, pay attention to the status of the equipment.
