Overview
The XIONGFA fast moisture meter (model XFSFY-2201MA) uses thermogravimetry to determine the moisture content of samples. It consists of a weighing unit and a heating unit, which can meet the needs of food, chemical and other industries in quality control and production. The instrument obtains accurate results through accurate weighing and temperature control, and has an intuitive operation interface and a rugged structure.

Principle
The fast moisture meter uses thermogravimetry to determine the moisture content of the sample. Through the combination of weighing unit and heating unit, the sample weight change is monitored in real time during the heating process to calculate the moisture and Solid content values. The instrument adopts precise temperature control and weighing technology to ensure the accuracy of the test results.

Steps
1. Power on and select the test method.
2. Place the sample on the sample tray.
3. Set test parameters such as temperature and time.
4. Start the test, and the instrument automatically heats and weighs.
5. View the results after the test is completed, and the data is automatically saved or printed.
Notice
• Make sure the instrument is placed on a smooth surface before use.
• To avoid overloading the sample tray, the weighing range should not exceed 220g.
• Heating temperature range is 40-200 ℃ (up to 230 ℃ can be customized), do not use beyond the limit.
• Regularly clean the heating chamber and sample tray to maintain instrument hygiene.
• Follow permission management when user operates to avoid unauthorized access.
• Do not move the instrument during the test to prevent affecting the accuracy.
• It is recommended to disconnect the power supply if it is not used for a long time.
