Overview
The JINGTIAN NDJ-8S paint swirl/spin Viscosity meter is a digital Rotational Viscometer equipped with an LCD screen to display parameters such as viscosity, rotational speed, temperature, percentile torque, rotor number and the maximum viscosity value measurable at the current rotational speed of the selected rotor. Its viscosity measurement range is 20 to 2,000,000 mPa · s, and precise temperature control can be achieved with the RC0508 Thermostat.

Principle
The Viscometer uses the swirl/spin measurement principle to calculate the sample viscosity value by measuring the resistance of the rotor swirl/spin when the motor drives the rotor in the sample. With Thermostat controlling the temperature through the intelligent PID, the PT100 temperature transducer monitors the temperature in real time to ensure the sample temperature stability during the measurement process.
