Principle
The Balance uses Electromagnetic Force Sensor technology to achieve High Accuracy weighing through the principle of electromagnetic force equilibrating. The Sensor converts the weight into an electrical signal and displays the result after analysis by an internal processing system to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the weighing data.
Steps
1. Place Balance on a Stable Level Table
2. Connect the power supply (110V-240V, 50Hz/60Hz)
3. Turn on and warm up to a stable state
4. External calibrating as required
5. Select the appropriate weighing unit
6. Place the sample for weighing
7. Read and record the weighing results
8. Optional data transfer to computer via RS232 or USB interface
Notice
• Ensure that Balance is placed on a stable, horizontal countertop
• Avoid operating in strong airflow or vibration environments
Periodically calibrated to ensure accuracy
• Ensure complete shutdown when using Draft Shield to eliminate static effects
• Wear laboratory gloves as needed during operation
• Power frequency range (110V-240V)
• In case of emergency, the built-in dual system can be used to ensure normal use
