Overview
The FANGRUI DC0506W rotational viscometer thermostatic bath is a heating and cooling thermostatic device with a small volume design. It can directly extend the Viscometer rotor into the thermostatic sample in the tank for viscosity testing, or it can be used with an adapter with a jacket design through external circulation function.

Principle
The thermostatic bath precisely controls the temperature of the liquid in the tank through the internal heating and cooling system to stabilize it at the set value, providing a thermostatic environment for viscosity testing. Users can choose to place the sample directly in the tank thermostatic, or pump the thermostatic liquid to an external adapter through the external circulation function to achieve indirect thermostatic of the sample.
Applications

Steps
1. Place the device on a stable countertop and connect it to the power supply.
2. Add an appropriate amount of heat transfer medium (such as silicone oil or water) to the Tank.
3. Turn on the power switch and set the required temperature through the control panel.
4. Wait for the temperature to reach the set value and stabilize.
5. Select the method of use: a) put the container containing the sample and the Viscometer rotor directly into the Thermostat for testing; or b) connect the external circulation line to the jacket adapter, circulate the thermostatic medium to the adapter to thermostatic the sample, and then perform viscosity test.
6. After the test is completed, power off the device.
Notice
* Before use, please ensure that the equipment is well grounded and the Power frequency meets the requirements (220V, 50HZ).
When adding heat transfer medium to the Tank, the liquid level should not be too high to prevent overflow.
The power of the equipment is high (1000W), so please pay attention to the safety of electricity and avoid being left unattended for a long time.
* When performing refrigeration operations, Ambient Temperature and medium selection must meet requirements to ensure that a low temperature of -5 ° C can be achieved.
* Keep the equipment well ventilated and do not block the heat dissipation holes.
Be sure to disconnect the power supply before cleaning the equipment.
Do not disassemble or modify the equipment without authorization.
