Overview
HuiNuo KTQ Series Adjustable Film Applicator is a new generation of drawdown blade removable film applicator. It adopts magnetic suction drawdown blade design to solve the difficult cleaning problem of high viscosity and easy curing material scraping. The series provides a variety of Spreader widths from 50mm to 600mm to meet the needs of different application scenarios.

Principle
Based on the principle of differential gap scraping, the device precisely controls the wet film thickness through the adjustable drawdown blade to achieve uniform Spreader.

Steps
1. Install and adjust the drawdown blade to the required Film thickness
2. Place the material on the substrate
3. Smooth scraping and preparing wet-film
4, remove drawdown blade for cleaning
