Overview
The NDJ-9T digital rotational viscometer is an advanced instrument using touch screen technology, which can quickly, accurately and conveniently measure the absolute viscosity of Newtonian liquids or the apparent viscosity of non-Newtonian liquids. It is equipped with a 5-inch large color Touchscreen with built-in 30 test programs. It has the advantages of multiple measurement parameters, rich display content, convenient operation, intuitive reading, high accuracy, stable speed and strong anti-interference. It can replace imported instruments of the same type.
Features
1. Adopt ARM technology, built-in Linux system, simple and clear operation interface, support test program creation and data analytics
2. Accurate viscosity measurement, each range by computer auto calibration, high accuracy, small error
3. Display rich content, including viscosity, temperature, measurement percentage graphics, range overflow alarm, automatic scanning, maximum measurement range, date, time, etc., and can display kinematic viscosity
4. Fully functional, support timing measurement, self-built 30 test programs, access 30 sets of data, real-time display of viscosity Linear dispersion, print data and Linear dispersion
5. Front level, intuitive and convenient level adjustment
6. Optional temperature Probe, thermostatic bath, thermostatic cup, printer, standard viscosity sample and other accessories
7. Chinese and English operating systems
Principle
The Viscometer determines viscosity values by measuring the resistance of the fluid to the rotor by rotating the swirl/spin rotor in a liquid. It automatically scans and recommends rotor and rotational speed combinations, displays viscosity Linear dispersion in real time and calculates kinematic viscosity when Density is known.
Applications
Paints, Coatings, Cosmetics, Inks, Pulp, Food, Oil, Starch, Solvent Adhesive, Latex, Biochemical, Asphalt, Paraffin, Hot-melt adhesive
Steps
1. Create or select a test program
2. Install the appropriate rotor and set the speed
3. Pour the sample into the beaker and place it in the instrument
4. Start measurement via Touchscreen
5. View and save viscosity, temperature and other data
6. Optional print data or Linear dispersion
Notice
• Ensure the level of the instrument before use and adjust it through the front level
• Choose the appropriate rotor and speed combination according to the sample viscosity range
• When measuring non-Newtonian liquids, pay attention to the interpretation of apparent viscosity
• For precise temperature control, it is recommended to choose a thermostatic bath or temperature Probe
• Regularly calibrate the instrument with standard viscosity samples to ensure accuracy
• Pay attention to the storage capacity limit when saving data (up to 30 sets)
• Printing function requires an additional printer
