Principle
The Electronic Balance is based on Electromagnetic Force Sensor technology for High Accuracy Weighing using the principle of electromagnetic force equilibrating. When an object is placed in a pan, the Sensor detects weight changes and converts them into electrical signals, which are processed internally and displayed on the display. Fully automatic internal calibrating is triggered by time or temperature to ensure long-term accuracy.
Applications
Laboratories, scientific research institutions, pharmaceutical, chemical, food testing, educational institutions
Steps
1. Place the Balance on a smooth table and connect the Power Adapter
2. Boot Preheating, Ensure Ambient Temperature Within 10 ℃ -30 ℃ Range
3. Select external calibrate as needed or wait for automatic internal calibrate to trigger
4. Place the sample in the pan and read the weight data on the display
5. Use peel function for net weight measurement
6. Connect external devices to transfer data through RS232 or USB interface
Notice
• Avoid use in strong airflow or vibration environment to prevent affecting accuracy
• Regularly clean the pan and Draft Shield to prevent dust accumulation
• Use the adapter for power supply to ensure that the voltage is within the range of 110V-240V
• Wear laboratory gloves during operation to use the touch function normally
• Disconnect the power supply when not in use for a long time and store it in a drying environment
